Entry Guidelines
General Info
- Submit all entries online (see formats and specifications below).
- Ensure all details and credits are complete and accurate at the time of submission.
- Double-check spelling for log-in details, email addresses, and other information.
- Winners must provide high-resolution, print-quality files upon request.
Digital Image File Requirements
- Accepted Formats: JPEG
- Compression: Suggested level 10
- Resolution: 72 pixels/inch
- File Size: Maximum 5MB
- Mode/Depth: RGB, 24-bit (8 bits per channel)
- Color Space: RGB (do not use CMYK).

Entry Types
Single Entry
- Examples: A poster, book/magazine cover, logo, ad, photograph, or standalone illustration.
Series Entry
- Examples: Advertising campaigns, branding, or series of photographs.
- Include one cover and up to six interior spreads for books, brochures, or magazines.
- Optionally, add a “Glamour Shot” as the first or last image.
Video Entry
- Submit videos, commercials, or motion graphics via Vimeo or YouTube URLs.
- Ensure links remain active for judging on the Graphis website.
Physical Entries
- Physical entries are optional.
- If submitting, include a label with the company/designer name and entry ID or title.
Winning Entries
- Winners must provide high-resolution files (TIFF, CMYK, 300 dpi) for publication in the Annual.
- Entries with insufficient image quality may be excluded.
Credits (Step 3 on the Entry Form)
- Main credits appear with the artwork; full credits are listed in the back of the book.
- Additional credits can be included.
- Student Entries (New Talent Competitions): Add an “image source” credit for any external imagery used.
